Shannon Dunne - Dance Director
Shannon is a professor and program director at the University of Notre Dame, developing and leading classes and performing ensembles in Traditional Irish Music and Dance. She is the founder of Shannon Dunne Dance/Capital Irish Arts and produced several All-Ireland medalists. She has been the recipient of many grants awards for her work and in 2016 she received a special commendation from the CCE at the All-Ireland Fleadh in Ennis.
Shannon teaches classes in sean-nós (“old stye”) dance, set dancing and child music and dance class.

Katherine Irwin Thomas - Music Director
Katherine is a school choir and orchestra director in Roswell, GA. She formerly ran the Atlanta Irish Music School and produced several All-Ireland champions and medalists. She holds a B.M. and M.Ed, as well as a TTCT in Traditional Irish Music. She has been published twice in Strings Magazine.
Katherine teaches céilí kids classes for grades k-5th and private lessons in fiddle and whistle.

Teaches group guitar class and private lessons on guitar.

Teaches Adult Irish tune and whistle / flute classes and private lessons on uilleann pipes, flute, whistle, and bodhran.

Teaches group and private lessons for all ages in cello, piano and piano accordion.
